Bursaries for Students and ECRs:
We have some limited funds available (mostly from our sponsors) specifically to support attendance of PGR or ECR (within 3 years of thesis submission) delegates. If you wish to apply for a bursary (these are likely to be between £200-£500), please send your abstract and pay the conference fee. The selection for these bursaries is on a first-come-first served basis. The final announcement of candidates supported will be made by April 15, 2026. No applications can be considered after this date.
Additionally, please apply to your institution, industry partners, government or sponsors directly for travel funds.
Extending your stay
There's much to see in the area! If you would like to extend your stay before or after the conference, we have special rates reserved at our campus accommodation for 2 nights before and/or after the conference.
Attractions around conference venue
Sutton Bonington Village is a beautiful old English village with two historic churches, a country house, pubs, art gallery and river soar trail.
