Poster Presentation

Poster Presentation

Presenting a poster provides you with the opportunity to engage with other attendees, share your research, and start conversations that may lead to future collaborations. All posters will be on display throughout the conference to enable extended viewing and discussions beyond the allocated session. The best posters will be suitably rewarded.

  • Please prepare your poster in pdf format to fit within a space of 841mm by 594mm. Please use an appropriately large font size and remember that content placed in the lower portion of the board is not easy for other conferees to see. The posters are fixed on stands and cannot be rotated. Mounting supplies will be provided at the site.

    Your poster must include:

    • Title

    • Authors (underline the presenting author)

    • Affiliations of the authors

  • Posters will be printed free-of-cost for all delegates and made available at the poster presentation hall. All presenters are encouraged to submit a pdf of their poster latest by 10th July, 2026.

Please stick to the following specifications when preparing your poster:

    A1 size 841mm by 594mm (approximately 33.1 inches by 23.4 inches)

Delegates may like to take their posters with them, or we can help these to be recycled.

  • The poster session schedule along with poster numbers will be emailed to all registrants one week prior to the meeting.

  • If you did not submit a poster abstract at the time of application, or wish to update your previously submitted abstract, you may still do so up until 1st March, 2026.

  • This session will enable presenters to summarize their poster in 3 minutes using one slide (pptx) only to attract viewers. This session is primarily meant for PGRs and ECRs and will be judged for a presentation prize.
